The Manchester Psych Fest, which will take place on 5 September 2026 at various venues across Manchester, is one of the most special festivals for discovering new bands in the world of shoegaze and post-punk in the UK.
Today, the organisers announced the first acts to be confirmed for the 2026 line-up in a press release, including Scottish band The Beta Band as one of the headliners. Other confirmed acts include Working Men’s Club, who we recommend seeing in concert. They will be joined by Freak Slug, Night Tapes, Ghostwoman, Gwenno, Dog Race, Thistle., Mleko, Lemonsucker and Martial Arts.
According to the organisers, more than 60 artists still need to be announced to complete the line-up for the British festival. Tickets will be available at the promotional price of £49.50 on the festival’s official website from 10:00 on Wednesday, 12 November.
