The organisers of Sónar 2026 have just announced the first names on the line-up for the festival, which will celebrate its 33rd edition from 18 to 20 June at the Fira Barcelona – Gran Via venue in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. This will be the first time that the entire day and night programme has been brought together in a single venue. This initial preview includes major headliners such as Kelis, Skepta, Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens and Modeselektor, alongside around thirty other acts.
Kelis, an R&B and experimental pop legend, is among the most prominent names to arrive in Barcelona, where she will perform one of the most eagerly awaited concerts of the festival. Meanwhile, Skepta will showcase the most urban and forceful side of the line-up, further establishing the presence of British grime and rap at Sónar. In the techno genre, the festival will see the return of two familiar faces, Charlotte de Witte and Amelie Lens. They will headline the line-up with shows designed for large stages, featuring a powerful audiovisual approach. Meanwhile, German duo Modeselektor will perform their usual blend of electronica and IDM.
The rest of the line-up features a variety of sounds, ranging from the latest club music to electronic experimentation. Figures such as Nia Archives reinforce the influence of jungle and contemporary breakbeat, while Julianna Barwick & Mary Lattimore bring a more ambient sound. The club section now features Chris Stussy, Sammy Virji, DJ Gigola, KETTAMA, Joy Orbison, Boys Noize, Ogazón, ISA and Alba Franch, suggesting that this edition is particularly dancefloor-focused.
Tickets for Sónar 2026 can be purchased through the festival’s official website, where the different types of passes are already available. The three-day SonarPass starts at €175 (including booking fees), while the SonarPass+D, which includes access to Sónar+D, costs around €195 (including booking fees). Both types of pass also have a VIP version, which costs between €295 and €315.
