Edwyn Collins, a Scottish pop legend and former frontman of Orange Juice, has announced a European tour entitled The Testimonial Tour, during which he will perform tracks from his 2025 album Nation Shall Speak Unto Nation, before bidding farewell to European stages. He will be joined by an exceptional line-up including Carwyn Ellis (bass), Andy Hackett (guitar), Jake Hutton (drums), Patrick Ralla (guitar) and Sean Read (keyboards).
Edwyn Collins’ European tour covers the UK, Northern Ireland, Sweden and Norway. However, his ‘Last Lap Around Spain’ focuses mainly on the Iberian Peninsula. He will perform ten concerts in Spain: on 29 April in Bilbao (Kafe Antzokia); on 1 May in San Sebastián (Dabadaba); on 2 May in Zaragoza (Sala López); on 3 May in Valencia (16 Toneladas); on 5 May in Barcelona (La Nau, doors open at 8 pm); on 6 May in Madrid (Sala But, doors open at 7.30 pm); on 7 May in Seville (Malandar Music Club); on 8 May in Cádiz (Edificio Constitución 1812); on 10 May in Santiago de Compostela (Sala Capitol); and on 11 May in Ourense (Café & Pop Torgal).
Tickets for all Spanish concerts will go on sale tomorrow, 16 January, at 11:00 on the official website of promoter Houston Party Music. Prices will range from €35 to €38, depending on the venue and booking fees.
