Seattle-based indie rock band Band of Horses, led by Ben Bridwell, has just announced its return to the stage with a European tour to celebrate the 20^(th) anniversary of its debut album, Everything All the Time (2006), which brought them fame with the megahit ‘The Funeral’. The tour, titled ‘An Evening with Band of Horses: Celebrating 20 Years of Everything All the Time‘, will feature two performances in Spain.
The European tour will begin in August with stops at festivals such as Øya in Oslo. It will then continue through Scandinavia and Germany, with performances in Stockholm on 25 September at Annexet, Copenhagen on 29 September at Pumpehuset, Hamburg on 30 September at Große Freiheit 36 and Cologne on 1 October at Live Music Hall. The tour will then move on to the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom, with performances in Amsterdam on 4 October at Paradiso, London on 7 October at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, Manchester on 10 October at Albert Hall and Glasgow on 12 October at Barrowland Ballroom. The concerts in Spain will take place on 21 October at Sala Razzmatazz in Barcelona and on 22 October at La Riviera in Madrid. These will be the final stops on the tour.
Tickets for Band of Horses’ concerts in Spain will go on sale on the Live Nation and Ticketmaster websites at 10:00 on 13 February, priced at €50 (+ booking fee). However, there will be an exclusive pre-sale for fans on the Live Nation website at the same time on 11 February.
