The organisers of the Azkena Rock Festival<\/strong> have begun announcing the line-up for the 2026 edition, starting with a first batch of confirmations that reaffirm the festival\u2019s long-standing focus on classic rock, punk, Americana, and hard rock.<\/p>\n

The first major headliner announced for this year’s festival is Alice Cooper<\/strong>, who will be returning to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the first time in seventeen years. He will be joined by Social Distortion<\/strong>, an American punk rock & roll band led by Mike Ness<\/strong>, who have been performing since 1978.<\/p>\n

They will be joined by Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Sleaford Mods, Evaristo, Sugar,<\/strong> Imelda May<\/strong> and many more. This brings the total number of acts in the first wave to 21, which is sure to delight loyal fans of one of Spain’s longest-running summer festivals.<\/p>\n

Tickets for the festival, which will take place from 18 to 20 June at Mendizabala in Vitoria-Gasteiz, will go on sale at 10.00 am on Tuesday 4 November on the festival\u2019s official website<\/a>. However, an exclusive pre-sale for previous Azkena Rock Fest attendees will open at the same time on Wednesday 29 November.<\/p>\n
