In a concert <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indieofilo.com\/cronicas-conciertos\/cruilla-festival-2024-12-de-julio-de-2024-parc-del-forum-barcelona\">with an almost identical set list to the one we saw a few weeks ago at the Cru\u00eflla in Barcelona<\/a>, the Aragonese duo d<strong>id not manage to transmit the same force that had amazed us at the Catalan festival<\/strong>. Apart from a few flashes of brilliance, such as the 10 minutes of &#8221;  <em>Revoluci\u00f3n<\/em>&#8221; and<em>Hacia lo salvaje<\/em>\u201d,<strong> Their concert was a massive karaoke of an audience singing along to their greatest hits, beer in hand, jumping around with their friends, paying little attention to the musical side.<\/strong>\u2026 We don&#8217;t know if it was the size of the stage or the annoying booming echoes at the back of the stadium, <strong>but the truth is that we missed a little more power in everything except the voice of Eva, who was as wonderful as ever.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-42778\" src=\"http:\/\/www.indieofilo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Amaral-Low-Festival-2024_2.jpg\" alt=\"Juan Aguirre - Amaral - Low Festival 2024\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.indieofilo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Amaral-Low-Festival-2024_2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.indieofilo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Amaral-Low-Festival-2024_2-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.indieofilo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Amaral-Low-Festival-2024_2-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10px;\"><b>Juan Aguirre<\/b> of <b>Amaral, Low festival 2024<\/b> &#8211; Photo by <strong>V\u00edctor Ramos Santaf\u00e9<\/strong> for <strong>Indieofilo<sup>\u00a9<\/sup><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After them, and back on the mini stage, it was time to catch up with <strong>Sidonie<\/strong>, whom we hadn&#8217;t seen live since the release of their latest album, <em>Marc, Axel y Jes<\/em> (2023), last autumn. <strong>In their own style, and with a setlist of hits that revived a squadron of zombies, they kept the party going both on stage and in the audience<\/strong>, although I personally found the sound a little lacking in variety.. The band from Newcastle, who surprised us with the magnificent <em>A Certain Trigger<\/em> (2005) almost two decades ago, came to the Alicante city a few months before presenting their new album <em>Stream of Life<\/em> (2024), and despite starting their concert with some of their best known songs like &#8220;<em>Girls Who Play Guitars<\/em>&#8221; or &#8220;<em>The Coast Is Always Changing<\/em>&#8220;, <strong>they did little to transmit with the songs they played next<\/strong>.. With an exchange of voices between the three main members, the concert <strong>served to announce that many of the songs currently in the setlist will disappear as the release of their long-awaited new album approaches<\/strong>, from which they played some songs such as &#8216;<em>Da igual d\u00f3nde sea la fiesta<\/em>&#8216; or a cover of &#8216;<em>Espa\u00f1a Corazones<\/em>&#8216; by <strong>Los Punsetes<\/strong>, which turned the audience upside down..
