{"id":40639,"date":"2024-04-16T13:25:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-16T11:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.indieofilo.com\/news\/music\/primavera-a-la-ciutat-2024s-big-surprise-the-national"},"modified":"2024-04-24T11:18:52","modified_gmt":"2024-04-24T09:18:52","slug":"primavera-a-la-ciutat-2024s-big-surprise-the-national","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.indieofilo.com\/en\/news\/primavera-a-la-ciutat-2024s-big-surprise-the-national","title":{"rendered":"Primavera a la Ciutat 2024&#8217;s big surprise, The National"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indieofilo.com\/en\/news\/programme-announced-for-primavera-a-la-ciutat-2024\">at the beginning of January,<\/a> the organisers of Primavera Sound 2024 unveiled almost the entire programme of <strong>Primavera a la Ciutat 2024<\/strong> with the exception of a strikeout on Wednesday 29 May, we finally learned today that the American <strong>The National<\/strong> are the icing on the cake of this concert series, which brings similar proposals to Barcelona&#8217;s main city venues during the week of the festival.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The band, led by Matt Berninger, will perform at Razzmatazz in Barcelona on Wednesday 29th May<\/strong> the first of their two concerts in just over three days, as on Friday 31st May they will perform on one of the main stages in the Parc del Forum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The festival organisers have also announced how to book tickets for the Primavera a la Ciutat concerts, the free opening day concerts on Wednesday at the F\u00f2rum and the Brunch Electronik party on Sunday 2 June. In all cases it is compulsory to register on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessticket.app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AccessTicket<\/a> to qualify for reservations and access to the event, while reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the event gates open.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the Primavera a la Ciutat by Santander concerts, there is a combined booking system with a deposit of 10 euros that will be refunded to Primavera Sound Barcelona 2024 season ticket holders if they attend (available from 12:00 on 6th May for VIP season ticket holders and from 12:00 on 8th May for general season ticket holders). A reduced number of tickets will also be on sale for each event (available from 12:00 on 10th May).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the opening day of Estrella Damm on Wednesday 29th May in the Parc del F\u00f2rum, there will be a booking system with a deposit of 10 euros, which will be refunded in case of attendance, for Primavera Sound Barcelona 2024 season ticket holders (available from 6th May at 12:00 CEST for VIP season ticket holders and from 8th May at 12:00 CEST for general season ticket holders). Starting on 10 May at 12:00 CEST, the general public will also be able to make reservations with a \u20ac10 deposit, refundable if attended.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finally, access to the Brunch Electronik party on Sunday 2 June in the Parc del F\u00f2rum will work with a reservation system with a deposit of 10 euros, which will be refunded in case of attendance for holders of a Primavera Sound Barcelona 2024 full festival ticket (available from 6 May at 12:00 CEST for holders of a VIP full festival ticket and from 8 May at 12:00 CEST for holders of a general full festival ticket).
