A little more than a week ago, we told you about the news that Annie Clark was getting ready<\/a> to release her new album as St. Vincent<\/strong>. Today we can finally listen to her first single “Broken Man”, in which she unleashes an explosion of intensity with her trademark distorted guitar, accompanied by Dave Grohl (Nirvana, Foo Fighters).<\/p>\n

The music video directed by Alex Da Corte shows St. Vincent on fire, trying to escape the agony of his actions. As she herself confessed in a recent interview with Mojo<\/a>: “There are some places, emotionally, that you can only get to by taking that long walk alone in the woods – to find out what your heart is really saying. It sounds real because it is real<\/em>.”<\/p>\n
